2 Thessalonians 3:1-5

(2 Thessalonians 3:1-5)

Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may have free course, and be glorified, even as it is with you:  And that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men: for all men have not faith. But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep you from evil. And we have confidence in the Lord touching you, that ye both do and will do the things which we command you. And the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God, and into the patient waiting for Christ.

This means to pray to God, "Please deliver from unreasonable and evil people." There are irrational people in the church. They are not saved. The Lord is fair and righteous. Faith is not for everyone. 1 Timothy 3:9 speaks of the church's office (deacon). Holding the mystery of the faith in a pure conscience. What is the secret of faith? The condition of salvation was Paul said in Acts 20:21: Testifying both to the Jews, and also to the Greeks, repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ.

The apostle Paul emphasized repentance and faith. It means that faith is not for everyone. Even if you come to church and hear a brief explanation of salvation, and pray for a reception, salvation is not complete. Heaven and Hell are determined by God's righteousness. Those who are shrouded in darkness are not saved. Faith is a secret. Jesus said, "When a man comes, will he see faith?" Today, the church preaches, "The Lord wants everyone to be saved." These words apply to everyone who told Timothy to evangelize with this desire.

The real church has a word that destroys false faith. A church based on false faith cannot build true faith. You have to pull it out and grind it. Just like giving a newborn child solid foods can't be digested, it's like saying love to someone who has a weak faith. Those who have weak faith need words of righteousness. When you are able to discern the word of righteousness, the word of love can apply to you. What John the Baptist delivered was a word of righteousness. Without the word of righteousness that pleases God, it cannot lead man to salvation. People need words of righteousness. It means that people cannot be saved just because they come to church. The word of righteousness is the word of death on the cross.

In Matthew 7:24-27, "He who hears and does not act falls." It will depend on whether the floor is Christ or human. It is your own that you have accumulated through human effort. As Jeremiah said, "In the mind of a person that is more corrupt than all things, but who knows it", "The word is very corrupt" means "It is impossible to fix it." People think good about themselves. Human beings are much worse than they thought. This is the total fall of man. We must repent eagerly. The Lord knows by fruit. Therefore, we must repent that I am an old man who has no choice but to die. In Matthew 7:17-18 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. The fruit is the result of repentance. In Chapter 7:19, Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. "God judges by its fruit." It means that faith is not for everyone.

Only those who have the belief that all of my things belong to the Lord are saved. My master is not Jesus, and he who calls on Jesus' name is a person of false faith. He who has false faith does not believe in Jesus, because Jesus is not the master. Salvation must be done with a fearful and trembling heart. Therefore, we have never repented unless we confessed that the old man, the thought of the Devil in me, was "me" and repented and repented that we had to die with Jesus on the cross.

The fruit of repentance is Canaan. You have to cross the Jordan River. This belief comes from Galatians. In Galatians 3:24, Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. It means that faith is not for everyone. A person with a clean conscience comes to the secret of faith. Only those who truly repent of God become believers. Ordinarily, the Church's faith is that of a corrupt I believe in Jesus. So how can a corrupt person repent of sin and come to faith?

The corrupt one must not only repent of his sins, but also die with Jesus. Not only do they repent of their sins, they are the dens of evil that I have no choice but to sin, and they must die with Jesus. We condone the fact that we were old and God forgives sin when the old die. In Galatians 3:22 But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe. The promise of God is given to those who believe. That promise is the seed's promise through Christ to Abraham. Before faith comes, we are locked up and bound under the law. In Galatians 3:26-27 For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. Only those who are united with Jesus Christ are saved. In order to be united with Jesus, there is the premise (repentance) that the old man must die on the cross with Jesus. God gives the repentant faith to be born again.

In John 1:11-12, He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Those who receive Jesus mean being united with Jesus. The knowledge of Jesus does not give united faith, but the experience of Jesus' death on the cross (old man's death) gives faith.
